I have not yet submitted a voucher claim, how can I do this?
If you are in possession of an unredeemed Zavvi voucher and have not yet submitted a claim then please write to the address below, providing us with your voucher, stating your full 19-digit voucher number and quoting your full name and address for return correspondence:

All valid voucher claims not yet submitted represent an unsecured claim against Zavvi Retail Limited (in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation) (‘the Company’). Unsecured creditors rank equally alongside trade creditors, landlords and other unsecured creditors, and are entitled to participate in any subsequent distribution of the Company’s surplus assets. We currently expect that unsecured creditors will receive a total distribution in the region of 25 pence in the pound.
