Joint Liquidators' Communication with Voucher Holders
In accordance with an order of the High Court of Justice dated 18 January 2011, the Joint Liquidators have been granted relief not to send by post to voucher holders the notices required under Rule 12A.12 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (‘the Rules’) when documents relating to the Liquidation are published on the website www.zavvi-info.co.uk.
The order does not apply to those documents that require personal service and those contained in Rules 4.180 and 4.186 of the Rules.
Copies of all relevant documents in relation to the Company’s Liquidation will be made available for viewing and downloading at www.zavvi-info.co.uk
Voucher holders can request that all, or specific, documents are sent to them free of charge by either:
