Interim distribution to unsecured creditors – June 2011
In June 2011 the Joint Liquidators completed the process of making a first interim distribution of 15p in the pound to unsecured creditors.
The distribution was made to all valid unsecured creditors who had submitted their claims by the last date for proving (4 March 2011). Any unsecured claims which were received after this date were dealt with prior to the second interim distribution in January 2012.
