Notice to Creditors of Intended Dividend
Pursuant To Rule 11.2 of The Insolvency Rules 1986
I intend to declare a second interim dividend in the Liquidation of the Company.
If you are in possession of an unredeemed Zavvi voucher you may lodge a claim with us up to 11 November 2011 (‘the last date for proving’) by writing to us at the address below. Please provide us with your voucher and your full name and address for return correspondence:

If you do not prove your debt by the last date for proving you may be excluded from the dividend which I intend to declare within a period of four months from that date.
Please note if you have previously received written confirmation of the acceptance of your claim and have already received a dividend by virtue of the first interim dividend paid on 17 June 2011, you do not need to resubmit your claim as we have your agreed claim details on file.
