Notice to Creditors of Intended Dividend
Pursuant To Rule 11.2 of The Insolvency Rules 1986
I intend to declare a second interim dividend in the Liquidation of the Company.
If you believe that you are a creditor of the Company you may lodge a claim with us up to 11 November 2011 (‘the last date for proving’) by writing to us at the address below. Please provide full evidence in support of any claim:

If you do not prove your debt by the last date for proving you may be excluded from the dividend which I intend to declare within a period of four months from that date.
Please note if you have previously submitted a claim, received written confirmation of its acceptance and have already received a dividend by virtue of the first interim dividend paid on 17 June 2011, you do not need to resubmit your claim as we have your agreed claim details on file.
