Now that stores are closed, how does this affect the returns policy (UK and Northern Ireland)?
As of 18 February 2009 the Joint Administrator will no longer be able to offer exchanges of unwanted goods. No cash refunds can be given in relation to unwanted items. This will not affect your statutory rights.
