I have made a claim for an unredeemed zavvi Gift Card / Gift Voucher (Republic of Ireland). When will I receive a response to my claim?
The Official Liquidator has issued a letter acknowledging claims received to date. Further correspondence will be issued when claims have been examined to establish which claims are refundable. In due course, the Official Liquidator will write to confirm those claims which will rank as unsecured against the company.
